Good laptop for the price. Small issue with a few pixels on the screen being discolored in a spot, but very minor. Throwing a bios error around Intel power management but appears it’s a common Dell issue. Usable nonetheless. Read more

Fix the mistake from technical problems
I received Dell laptop from Amazon (Seller). Open up the laptop. Noticed something was wrong where SATA Drive located. There MVe SSD 256GB, been replaced. Poor installation mount to secured SSD with man made rubber or soft plastic loosely. Luck for me. I made a small hole I drill . To mount metal spacer with screw base hold the SSD more secured. Now, SSD secured Temperature range normal, and functional well on Windows 11. Read more
