We ordered this laptop from Micro Bee. The item shipment was delayed a day from the estimate, but that was likely the fault of Fed Ex bc it was noted as being in my city on time. The laptop arrived in MINT condition! We are very impressed. There was no bloatware, just the screen to start the new Windows account, and the battery was almost fully charged. The laptop was all set up & ready to use in less than half hour. The SSD is very fast. Wifi connected easily. We've never owned a Dell before but we are impressed with how sturdy it feels compare to our other laptops (HP, Acer, Asus). We also like that there are connections in the back - the HDMI, ethernet, and AC ports. We installed SuperAntiSpyware & Malwarebytes to keep the laptop free of adware etc. We'll use the laptop for a few days to make sure everything is ok before it's time to pass it along to our daughter-in-law. Product looks new, except one rubber foot missing. One call to customer support and a couple of them were mailed to me. The laptop works flawlessly out of the box and since then (about 2 months). It is fast, compact and lightweight. Usage is primarily by a high school student, i.e. not heavily loaded. Awesome value for the price paid - $320. Read more

The computer was dead on arrival, a cheap charger (Not dell) which was sent was also not working. I had a similar machine so I used my own charger to get the machine going, however, the computer itself was locked up and was constantly in the loop of restarting mode. After several hours on phone finally got a return authorization approval from the seller. I Shipped the machine back the same day, now 4th day in waiting for a replacement machine. Till now nobody has responded, looks like money is gone. They have specifically asked not to follow the Amazon process of return, which I believe is against Amazon policy.
