This is the best coffeemaker I have had in this price range. Easy to operate and makes great coffee. Some reviews from this seller talked about getting a used machine, but mine was pristinely new. The manual mentions that they test every machine and that's why sometimes there may be some coffee ground residue. The price was lower than any I have found elsewhere. Read more
This was stated as new, but obviously is used or remanufactured. Coffee grounds in package, deep scratches on top and front. Power cord was loose, instruction manual package was ripped open. I am glad I check as this was a wedding gift. I have the previous generation of this unit and enjoy it. DeLonghi should not be selling used product on Amazon unless stating it is remanufactured. I absolutely love this coffee machine! Every morning it makes my day start better with rich and flavorful coffee. It’s very simple to use, even when I’m half asleep, and the cleaning process is quick and easy. The design looks modern and elegant on my kitchen counter. I’ve tried different coffee machines before, but this one is definitely my favorite. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee at home! Read more

If you like espresso, then you’ll love this machine, but it does not make anything other than espresso coffee. It says that it can make regular coffee, but you only get a shot not at all, but I was looking for wouldn’t recommend for somebody who enjoys coffee and espresso. I would’ve given this five stars if this was expressed that it was just a car espresso machine and if it does say that I feel like the wording is wrong. Read more

Very disappointing experience with this product and with the service. The customer support and the authorized service center are extremely poor. My coffee machine stopped working after a short time, and the assistance has been terrible—no updates, no solution, and no respect for the customer. I would not recommend this brand based on the service I received. Read more
