Beautiful faucet! The 'guts' (I'm not a plumber) were broken upon arrival, I couldn't tell when I opened teh package but my plumber showed it to me. I was able to return the broken part and receive a replacement within 2 days which was great. My only complaint is keeping this set clean - it shows smudges worse than stainless steel but cleans up nicely with stainless steel cleaner. Overall the color and style are gorgeous and I trust Delta for a wall mounted unit. Read more

Screws for handle were missing

I purchased the wall mount bathroom faucet plus valve. The faucet package did not include the screw to hold the handle in place. After numerous conversations with Delta, it seems that Amazon sent an obsolete version of the Trinsic faucet and replacemet parts are no longer available. Delta tried to send a newer handle, but it does not work with the older version of the faucet. Then Delta sent a new cartridge but it does not work with the older version of valve that was sent to me. Now Delta has sent a new faucet and valve, but in order to get to replace the old one, the wall and backsplash must be torn off. Delta has been great to work with but I was on a tight budget and not sure when I am going to be able to afford the extra demo, replacement, and refinish. Bottom line--do not purchase through Amazon.
