If I could give this dog collar 10 stars, I absolutely would! This product has exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the battery life is outstanding. I’ve gone much longer between charges than I ever thought possible, which makes it so convenient for daily use. When it comes to training features, I’m impressed. I’ve only needed to use the shock feature once because the tone and vibrate options work wonders with my dogs. In fact, I usually just have to hold the remote in my hand, and one of my dogs will stop barking immediately. It’s given me peace of mind and made training so much easier. Customer service deserves another 10 stars! When one of my collars stopped charging, I contacted their support team. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement collar right away. It’s rare to find such responsive and caring customer service these days. Overall, this is a GREAT dog collar. Worked great but my other dog would wrestle the one wearing it and ended up damaging it! So just be aware of other dogs around it ! Also the prongs could be longer, had to shave a spot on my dogs neck for it to work Read more

The collar itself get the stars. It works well and has withstood my Dogs playing in dirt, rain, etc. as for the charging mechanism it’s complete crap. If you don’t have it on that time little magnetic spot just right it does NOT charge, in fact it draws out any charge it had left and you go to put it back on your dog and it’s dead. There is no reason it wasn’t made with a C charging jack just like the remotes. And bonus is that if you take the collar off said magnetic charger and it magnetizes to something before you can unplug it from power it completely fries the whole charging end and stops working. I’ve had to replace cords 3 times already and I’m ordering another set today bc this crappy magnetic charger is garbage. Absolutely impressed!! We are going on 3 years with this collar, and it STILL holds a charge for weeks!! It is very well made and not overly bulky, I have had zero issues with it on our Dane. I won't personally use another collar! This remote/collar is very easy to use. I appreciate the fact that it was simple when I didnt need all of the special features that others might need. I can't answer much on the shock feature other than I have had to use it one time in the beginning and it worked like a charm.. She knows the audible tone means that Mom means business and she comes running! The tone is loud enough that I can hear it to locate where she is when she has wandered off exploring in the woods. Our girl is very smart, she knows when the collar is off and she is a little more stubborn then 🥴 but as soon as the buckle clicks, she knows its there and minds perfectly! The presence of the collar alone is all we need at this point. (I do still keep it charged and on just in case!) The ONLY thing I would maybe add is lights on the buttons. They can be a little hard to see at night if needed, but the shock buttons are off on their own so they arent easily confused with the others. If you have a dog that minds well and only needs an occasional reminder to redirect attention, this collar won't disappoint! Read more

Worked great for 2 years and then suddenly stopped working. The shock meter is now stuck at 99, and there is no way to lower it, which frightens me if I ever accidentally click that button when grabbing the control. Also, on the control, the actual buttons are not starting to click and press down. I tried contacting the company directly, but got no answer from them. Read more

This dog collar is incredible, sturdy and very reliable. It holds its charge for weeks! We bought our first one, and I failed to clasp it tight enough. We returned from our walk without the collar in the dead of winter. I hunted all over for it to no avail. So, I purchased a second one, which worked just as well. The following summer, our neighbor came over and asked is this Yojo"s collar? Indeed it was. After being buried in snow and ice for months, the collar worked after it was charged. However, this type of training tool isn’t my favorite for every situation or every dog. Some dogs respond better to positive reinforcement methods rather than shock or static correction, and I found I had to be very careful with settings to avoid causing stress or confusion.
