I’ve been using this small derma roller as part of my skin care routine and so far really like it. It’s made from Titanium which is two times stronger than aluminum, has a natural resistance to corrosion and is recognized as safe to use as part of your skincare routine for healthy looking skin. It has the tiniest micro needles that don’t hurt my skin when rolling the device over my face. I don’t press down super hard though. The handle is designed well and easy to hold onto. I am hoping with continued use, it will help with fine lines on my face. It comes with a clear handy storage/travel case. I have been wanting to try in-home derma rolling/microneedling for quite some time and selected this derma roller. I had no idea when or how to use this tool. And the directions on the box are not really detailed. Normally I am not a stickler for directions - but if not used correctly, microneedling can do quite a bit of harm to your face - so please, please do some research before just using this tool on your face. For example, the directions say use a “nutritional cream.” Well what the heck is that? SERUM - use the tool with a serum. But not with VitC or retinol - as those two ingredients are bit a too active. Also, from what I read online - follow up with a cooling tool - like a jade or rose roller. I didn’t have one - so I used a cold wash cloth just to pat my face. Of course, i followed up with another round of serums - until I get a roller. After I used an Aloe Vera mask also to cool my face down a bit. I don’t mean that my face felt hot - just really prickly. Because - you definitely feel the little needles and I wanted to tamp down the tingling. I plan to add this nightly routine - a couple of times a week. I am all about collagen and elastin production and if this tool helps in this journey….yes, please! This derma roller appears to be priced comparably with its peers. As I have not tried any of the others, I cannot compare - but this tool was easy to hold and roll. I just wish the directions and cautions were more detailed. But isn’t that what the internet is for? This Titanium 540 Derma Roller is covered in tiny needles and seems very intimidating, but when I tested it I was pleasantly surprised/relieved. This roller is very gentle, with a consistently smooth roll that does not lead to any uncomfortable scratching. There is no pain, rather a sensation of light pressure with almost a tingle of sensation from the needles. Please be mindful to wash and sanitize your roller before and after use, as well as care for your skin with soothing serums and non-scented moisturizers after use. I have never used one of these but read good things about them and so tried this one...I was a little worried that it might be uncomfortable or cause redness, but it just makes my skin smooth!! Its winter and dry weather and this, combined with a good skin-moisturizer is making my skin feel so refreshed and soft, despite being outside in the harsh weather a lot!! Read more

I can't attest to how well the results of this roller are because I just got it and started using it. However! It's very well made, came packaged well, and looks nice. I can't really feel the needles on my skin - at least not in a painful way at all. I ordered it both for "beauty" benefits and nerve issues. I have some nerve weirdness in my scalp, and it was suggested that a derma roller might help stimulate the nerves in a way that would help. If/when I see results, I'll be sure to update my review! This derma roller for face skin is convenient to use with my favorite serum for increased absorption. I first roll it in one direction over my skin and then I switch direction and continue rolling for a while. After that I apply my skin moisturizer and sterilize the roller in alcohol. I use it once a week and it does not irritate my skin. It is well-made and can make a good skin care gift. Read more
