I will get to know about the effectiveness of the product only after a few uses but I am writing this review to compliment on the packaging. I had to encourage myself to run this micro needling roller over my face, but I wasn't sorry I did. It isn't really uncomfortable. Mine does have a "needle" that sticks out awkwardly, and that is a little scratchy, but I plan to see if I can remove it. I'm using this very gently every day on places I'd like to see improvement in skin texture. After use, I apply an appropriate serum, and in theory, this will provide me with better results. I can't say I've seen any noticeable improvement yet, but I'll keep using it, now that I'm not afraid of it. Read more

As someone who has never done microneedling, this was a little scary to look at when I first took it out of the box. Despite the needles being incredibly sharp, it's not painful to use at all! In fact, I used this on my temples where I've started noticing some hair loss (I just wear my hair up way too often) and it was actually quite soothing to use. It's way too soon to say if this will help with hair growth, but it felt stimulating enough on it's own that I will probably use it when I want to spend a little more time with my self care. The handle is easy to hold on to, and you really don't need to apply much pressure at all for it to do what it's supposed to do.
