My favorite
I think I have been using these black eye pencils for a few years, maybe longer. They work better than most luxury eyeliners. They are my first choice because it stays on longer than most for me and fade less. I do still touch up later in the day. The pencil is soft so no tugging and it’s less expensive than most luxury brands. Read more
