Product worked for first month and then the timer just stopped working. It doesnt rotate anymore and does not work in the timer setting. Waste of money. It's outside of the return time period too so I just wasted money. Read more
I have purchased two of these. It is a little confusing to fugure out how it works even with iinstructions. But on e I got it working, it worked well but the timer stopped working on the older one that I purchased last August ‘24. So far, the one I purchased in the last month is working ok. ++++++++ Contacted the company on their website and they quickly sent a replacement power strip after troubleshooting didn't help. I wanted a power strip with a mechanical timer that had a 6 foot cord. It took a while to find it. I have other kinds but the strips are larger than they need to be with smaller cords. This one works very well. It has a better size strip with covers for the outlets that are not in use. I have a galaxy lamp plugged into the timer side and another timer for another item on the other side of the strip. It is easy to set, and the timer works very well. Read more

This Power Strip Timer with 8 outlets is very well designed. I needed my cabinet to get as close to the baseboard and hanging mirror.but the wall outlet is right behind the unit. As a result the cabinet was one inch from that spot. This power strip is unique to others because it has a flat wall plug. This allows me to push the cabinet right to the baseboard. The timer is very easy to set. My aquarium light is set to go on at 8am and off at 8pm. There are actually individual on/off little switches for each half hour. Half of my switches are raised and half in the down position. The timer is mechanical so you turn the dial to set the time. This seems easier to use than a digital design in my opinion. If you want lights going on and off randomly this is a cinch. When you turn the timer dial you set the time to a little dot. I wanted the on time to be 8am and it turns on at 7:59am which I think is great. This power strip is a big bang for the buck and is designed very well. Read more
I bought this DEWENWILS Mechanical Timer Power Strip with 8 Outlets, 6FT Power Cord & Flat Plug for my 55 gallon fish tank with hopes of having the aquarium lights on timer to reduce algae etc. All 8 of the outlets work, the timer part doesn't which is very disappointing and one of the main reasons I purchased this timer power strip the other was for the flat plug and the third was so I could get away from using the other two individual timers I have and reduce wire clutter along with open up other wall outlets for plugging in something else in the future. I have taken the time to do all the trouble shooting steps and the Timer still doesn't work on its own, I can't tell you how many times I've reset, and started all over Timer dial just doesn't move and have tried since I've received the item 7 full days I've tried, I give up now and will return. The dial will move and work if you manually turn it that's not the point of a timer though- it supposed to do it for you! If it wasn't for the need to have a timer, I would have kept the strip as I do like the construction of it. I am returning and going to purchase another brand and see if that will work. Read more
