This digital kitchen scale is sleek and very easy to use. Versatile uses, I plan to use it for baking. I’m amazed how it can zero out the weight of my bowl so I can accurately add ingredients. It can also double as a scale for postage weights . Instructions were simple to understand and it looks great out on the counter or easily tucks into a drawer because it doesn’t take up much space. Well, they say it is a bread scale, but if I ever make a loaf of bread that is over 3 pounds, somebody stop me. I put our thanksgiving turkey on it and it measured accurately as the same as what the store sticker said it was. Easy to use as a kitchen scale should be. My primary use is for portioning out meat for vacuum sealing and freezing. While it is easy to clean, I just put clear plastic wrap on it so I don't have to clean it. Functions well and looks fancy. It says it works up to 66 pounds, but the heaviest thing I put on there was a turkey, just to see if it would work. It did, and accurately too. Read more

My old kitchen scale has served me faithfully for years, but it was always a little too small and I was looking for an upgrade. I found this listing and was immediately attracted to the size of it, and after ordering it I'm glad to say it's a dependable little machine that I see myself using a lot. Despite its size, it's very lightweight, which is nice since I'll be moving it around a lot. It looks nice and feels sturdy. The LCD display is very bright, making reading easy, and it even comes with batteries, which is a nice bonus (and a great alternative to the power cord it comes with, so I don't have to plug/unplug it every time I bring it out and put it up). I used it to weigh out some pasta the other night, and as far as I could tell, the weight was accurate compared to my previous scale. It provides several different units of measurement, and flipping between them is easy via the UNIT button. All in all, it's a kitchen scale and does exactly as described on the tin. I needed a scale for my apothecary. I knew I wanted one a little on the bigger size with a bright digital screen. This one fits the bill! So far it is very accurate. Husband used to balance scales for work, so we used some smaller weights to make sure it was accurate. This scale is so user friendly. I have not had any issues operating it. The size is perfect. I love that the plate comes off for easy cleaning. And the biggest bonus for me is that it can be operated either by battery or power cord. Battery operated is a game changer. The scale weighs items up to 66lbs so it is multi-purpose. The backlight on the screen is bright and the numbers are large. The scale is very light, I assume as a result of the materials used.
