After much searching, I decided to buy this pillow again. It's designed to fit the natural range of a human neck. Upon receiving it, it truly lived up to the manufacturer's description – the perfect balance of softness and firmness. I usually sleep on my stomach, but this pillow has changed my sleeping posture, and I haven't experienced any back discomfort the next day. Nothing really wrong with this pillow except it doesn’t fit my body curve on my side. Too thick and too hard. Will maybe work for a person with a frame larger than mine. I’ve used a contoured pillow for years and swear by them. This is a very well made pillow. I wish I could use it. I’m keeping it to have for guests who might like it. Read more

Absolutely the worst pillow! I bought this pillow based on several great reviews out of one bad review. I've been looking for a great cervical pillow for some time now due to bad sleep posture at night and came across this one. Needless to say I woke up with the worst neck pain ever that required me to use a heating pad to relieve the discomfort that I was feeling. I decided to take a couple nights off from it and go back to my old pillow which is still not the best pillow either, but it beats sleeping without one. After a couple of nights off I decided to give the pillow a try again and needless to say I woke up with the same excruciating neck pain as I did a couple of days back when I first tried the pillow. For one I think this pillow is way too high and it contours the neck in the wrong position which causes the pain that I feel when waking up. I'm a firm believer that what may work for one may not work for another, but this pillow is definitely not for me. If we weren't in a pandemic I would return it but in consideration to others and to keep them from getting a used pillow that's been slept on I will be keeping it and maybe using it as cushion when sitting on the floor with my little ones. I have gotten many nights of good sleep with this pillow. I really enjoy being able to flip it around to change the position of my neck and head while I lay. Read more

Its a nice design but too short. The indent makes you stay right in the center of the pillow without being able to move your head around comfortably. Read more
