I don’t usually write reviews but I was impressed with their customer service so I wanted to write something for them The first fan was broken and make very loud noise after the six months use. I emailed them with the video and they respond to me right away that they can either sent me a new product or refund the total amount. I literally had the fan 1 week and it stopped blowing air. I contacted customer service and they suggested that I take a video of exactly how the fan wasn’t operating correctly. UPDATE - AUGUST 2022: The fan is dead. We had a decent run, but after several days/nights of it clacking away, no air comes out.. which defeats the whole purpose of a fan. Into the trash it goes. I bought this fan in October 2020. My intent was to keep this on my nightstand for sleeping purposes, but the bedroom also gets afternoon sun and sometimes it gets really warm in there even if I close the shades. This worked well at first - I liked the fact it was oscillating because I find it relaxing. The air felt cool, and even on Low the air coming out of it was still pretty powerful (not overly so, it was Just Right). And now, I'm looking for a replacement. It has started to get progressively louder - I didn't notice it until last night when my bf pointed it out. He actually asked me if it was stuck on something and then said he was going to go sleep on the couch because he 'can't stand the racket.' Needless to say, I turned it off. Final decision? I'll be moving this to my (home) office and trying to find a new fan to replace it with one that is actually quiet. It's not a bad fan, it's just not great for the bedroom. We bought this fan for our senior dog who couldn't get cooled off in the South Carolina summer (I will fully admit that we spoiled him). It's not totally silent but not loud enough to keep you awake (if I can sleep with it in, anyone can). He loved it and sat right in front of it all night long. Luke gives it 5 paws! Read more
