What a great setup. Our water tastes way better has no weird aftertaste and feels softer. I truly wish I got this years ago. Install was super easy and quick. This unit is also very quiet and you can barely hear it when the cabinet doors are closed. The refrigerator water dispenser makes more noise even when the cabinet is open. Although I've only recently received the filter, I can say that so far, it not only installs easily and works as described, the customer response is excellent. When I opened the box, I discovered the provided water inlet line was not long enough for my installation. A call to the customer service number and explanation of my issue resulted in a prompt response, including an email confirmation. Super simple to install, enclosed unit. Needs power to run the pump during water dispensing. Spout at first I thought was too tall, but comes handy filling insulated tall bottles without having to place them in the sink. prefiltered output to the sink faucet turned out to be too weak in pressure and flow, capped that and reverted the faucet to direct input, not filtered. it was the only unit that fit nicely between the garbage disposer and the cabinet right. I put on two brackets to elevate it and lose less space. I used a quick connect 3/8 tee to split pure output to the spout and to the refrigerator. measured over 10oz in 8s (they claim 8oz, so as of now, new filters, beating that spec.) if I was buying today, would have gone for the model without the second prefiltered output. but not missing my old tank RO system, every couple of years having to repump the tank or replacing it. After a year of use, I can say I LOVE this thing. We use it multiple times a day to fill water bottles and cooking uses. Our city water is questionable on top of the older pipes, so it was either this or the cases of water bottles we used to buy. I absolutely do NOT miss having to get those. The filters are expensive, but you get what you pay for. It just sits under the sink and does its thing. Absolutely recommend. Read more
