Love the narrower width of the hand grip as it fits my hand well. The length of the barrel is perfect too. As a short person about 5’ tall, the shorter barrel lets me reach the back of my head perfectly. If that’s not enough to like, it’s much quieter than the standard blow dryer. It is compact and lightweight, and the diffuser works great. I was concerned about how the hard diffuser would work in my 42L backpack. Love it. I have taken this blow dryer to the UK and it performed excellent. I have also hauled it around the USA. I love it so much and it looks so nice, my old hairdryer is not in the guest bath and this is my everyday hairdryer. It drys my hair very quickly. It takes up less room in my bathroom. The hair dryer came in perfect condition and included all of the accessories described. The included directions do a good job of describing the various modes. I couldn't verify the dual voltage aspect, but it did work in a U.S. outlet. The dryer handle rotates smoothly and stays in place securely. The cord is long enough to be comfortable, and the handle is easy to hold. The multiple heat levels work well, though I tend to stick to lower temperatures (higher ones make my thin, wavy hair too frizzy). It doesn't feel overly heavy. It has that twist-fold feature that is becoming common in hair dryers. But it doesn't have a retractable cord, so even though the dryer itself folds, there's still the long cord to deal with, and the cord tends to be the most annoying part of storage/transportation. It has a "cool" button in easy reach. I can set the temperature button to the temperature I want, and then I can go back and forth between that temperature and cool without having to cycle through all of the temperatures. Read more
