Don't expect any customer service!
I purchased this expensive whole home system with every bell and whistle they have for it. The system was isntalled and working fine for a few months until the main tank exploded at the collar. After much back and forth (over many months) they delivered me a new tank, but charged me for the delivery fee. They then told me they wouldn't provide new filter media for the new tank, so I had to pay another $3k for that. Then they didn't provide the correct O-ring for the new tank, so I can't get the system reinstalled, and I have emailed and called the company directly over 2 dozen times at least, all they have done is ghost me. They have ZERO customer service, because they simply don't care about their customers. They take your money and forget about you. If they do somehow contact you back - in my case through the BBB (in response to my complaint), they just blame the customer and provide NO help in getting the issue resolved. They are a poorly run company that needs an entirely new team from the top down - one that knows how to run a decent company and provide customer service. Shame on them!! Read more
