These were great for my middle son, me and his older brother have really flat feet - His feet are really only just a touch flat, but with these in he says that his shoes are more comfortable! - I didn’t know how he’d like them as they provide actually quite a bit of support, but was pleased that they fit perfectly! - Remove their shoe liner, place them heel to heel and trim the excess off - 10/10 pleased!
