I am delighted with my new heated socks. The socks cover my calves, made of a nice quality fabric, and it keeps your feet warm but not so warm that you feet are too hot. The battery charges fast and holds all day. It is a thin battery that plugs into the sock at the top in a pocket on the outside of the leg. The battery level is easy to read and the socks have 4 different settings. I wore them on a hiking trip at a high altitude, my feet stayed warm and comfortable. I almost always have cold feet! And they are washable. I have only hand-washed them but the directions indicate they can be washed in the machine. I am going to look for heated gloves next. These would be a nice gift. Read more
