Bought in September 2024. Starting to not work Jan 2026. I work as a driver. So I used this between 3-5 times a week. It heats up food pretty quickly, depending on what youre trying to heat up and how much. Not leak proof due to the vents. Id put soup in a separate container and then place in the electric box when ready to heat. It lasted close to a year and a half, same as a prior on I had. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lid clips could be a little tighter, and it would be great if it came with an indicator light to show when it’s finished heating. I bought this to take to work so that I can enjoy my food at my desk without using the cafe or kitchen area. This was perfect. It kept my food warm or cold. Great value for the money. This is a product I was initially a little skeptical about b/c didn't think it would warm up the food properly, but I was completely wrong and the product is so great. My husband warms up his food while going from one work site to the other and it takes about 20 min to get completely hot - hot enough you can burn your mouth, LOL. So easy to clean, size is perfect and it does not leak (he fits it sideways on his backpack). It comes with a little separate container for a snack or fruits - which would be great if it would fit inside the carryon bag also - but I would not remove a star because of this little issue. It also comes with a little metal fork and spoon that you can fit in a space on the lid. It comes with an outlet plug and also a 12V plug for the car. Read more

The product is great. Works as it should. Call me lazy but I hate going all the way to the break room to heat up my food in a microwave that no one bothers to clean. This works quickly to have your food evenly heated. I even like the car adapter. Plug it in & drive to a nearby park for a warm lunch in a peaceful setting. The straps are good for carrying it on the go. Took off 2 stars because one of the handles broke. It was outside the return period, so everytime I use it I have to fight with the handle to get it back on so it can close properly, creating a tight enough seal for my food. Read more
