Tasty and low cal!
This tastes so smooth and really does help your digestion. It's similar in matcha to how smooth it is but not overwhelming in taste. A little bit of creamer and strawberry syrup and I have a cute purple latte! Read more
Carob- how I missed you
The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately coffee now gives me headaches. To ease my heart brake of the loss of my life long friend, I am always looking for an alternative. I also can’t have cocoa :(. So it’s hard to find a substitute. This I actually like. It brought me back to my childhood when my overly health conscious mom would give me hot carob instead of hot chocolate. I’m not sure if it gives me energy- definitely not the quick energy of coffee but I usually add my own caffeine. It’s not coffee but for me it’s an ok substitute, hopefully all these mushrooms are helping me in some way… Read more
