The pic is after 1 60 min smoke can read it and not very accurate Not sure if it's a defect or bad seal but this company worked at a great pace to replace my item. The 2nd one works great thank you again for the easy to work with company will buy here in the future Read more
Slow and innacurate
Used it once on a cast iron griddle and found it to be very slow to read temperature and seems low by about 100F. My oil started smoking when the dial only showed 300F when the smoke point is well over 400F Too unresponsive to be useful and I don't trust the accuracy Read more
