It cooks wonderfully on my flat surface stove. It’s ideal for any small pan need from cooking an omelette to sautéing onion & garlic, and even frying a single burger. Everything cooks evenly and nothing sticks - not even cheese! Washing it is a breeze! While I prefer that it’s hand washed, it has survived several cycles of the dishwasher without any damage.
