I really wanted this to be great but it fell short in a few areas. The price is great. Says stainless steel - nope. The interior of the holder for the espresso is all plastic. It gets hot. This is not what we want. The pressure creates an pretty ok cup of espresso - I'm looking for very good. It just falls short. Read more

After 3 days of use ( 2 cups a day) I decided to return the JZ espresso machine. While the knob set to coffee the steamer would spray water. I would turn off the machine. Make sure the knob is dead center on coffee. I can feel the knob settle on coffee I press power, press start. Water and steam shoots out of the steamer wand. Frustrated I reset the power, clean the wand, clean the coffee area. Then again step by step following the booklet procedure to make my morning cup. Again it shoots from the wand!!!!! Ahhhh I’m about to Hulk smash!! But I contact the support and they respond with a video no voice overlay just annoying music over a video with on screen text. Anyway , I follow the on screen directions which is in short having you clog the wand with your finger an it forces water/air to unclog the machine and push to the correct coffee area. So after following the instructions now I am able to enjoy my morning cup. This was needing to be done for 3 days twice a day. Every time now I am expecting to do a repair unclog procedure before my cup of coffee. All in all I think the JZ espresso machine was worth the $80 but I wouldn’t recommend it to someone. The coffee tastes excellent but that is because of the grounds I use not the machine. The size of the machine is nice as it is not too big and doesn’t take up much space on my counter. It also looks expensive with its shiny material although it did have a small dent/ding on the front section. I’m wondering if this machine was refurbished or used and returned because of its poor making process. I also had to purchase the milf frother cup and coffee cups separately. It makes 1 cup per brew spoon but it is quick enough to make my spouse a cup and then mine and both are still hot. Dent in 3rd photo. Read more

Really nice machine, easy to set up and work with. Looks great on counter, sticks firmly to it so no wiggles. Easy instructions to follow and once you get your coffee ratio down it makes a good espresso. Water heats up quickly and steamer works well with enough power. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Worked well for about 18 months; only used about 40-50 times; started making an electrical buzzing noise and would not work anymore. I would not recommend. Read more
