The media could not be loaded. It’s incredibly loud upon first use. Like wake-up-your-whole-house loud. The entire machine shakes when brewing - to the point my cup was shaken off the machine, on to the floor, and broken into two pieces. My video shows a taller glass shaking off the plate. It’s held only because it’s tall enough to catch the base of the filter. The filter is wildly difficult to get into the lock position. The steamer did not froth my milk. Don’t even get me started on the wretched noise from Hell that thing makes. Returned within 20 minutes of delivery. Read more

We love our new machine. First, it fits very well in my kitchen in dimension and color. Secondly, we like the touch screen control panel which displays options very clear and is very easy to operate. Thirdly, the Pressure System (high pressure) is much better than our old coffee machine for much better penetration and extraction. Frankly, we have purchased before five or six different brands of coffee makers over the last ten years or so. The last one we had was an European brand with bean grinder, and it was very expensive. I received this machine days ago, and used several times a day. Honestly, as a espress lover, I have become a fan of this good-looking machine. It has a perfect size. It is very convenient to use and does not take long to make tasty coffee.It functions perfectly for an espresso with rich cream. And the milk fother steam works well, not aloud, and most importantly gives me a nice micro-foamy milk, which allows me to make a perfect latte or cappucinno every day.
