Comfortable, Grippy; Great Quality Mat
This yoga mat is thicker than the one it replaced, and the extra cushioning really makes a difference for floor work and protecting the knees. It comes with a carrying strap, which makes it easy to take to the gym or class, and I was happy to find that it doesn’t have any odor straight out of the package. The surface provides excellent grip, and the alignment lines are a nice bonus for keeping form in check. It feels durable yet lightweight, and the size gives plenty of room for different stretches and poses. Overall, it’s comfortable, stable, and thoughtfully designed. A great upgrade from my old mat. Nice and neutral colors
Nice neutral color, great for those who like the color or for guys surrounded by all the pink yoga stuff. At 6 feet it is just long enough to keep my heels and back of my head on it at the same time which is good enough. It's kind of neat that it has the guide lines on it, not necessary but doesn't hurt and can help orient yourself quicker and easier. It's decently soft but I wouldn't say it's super soft or anything.
