Full disclosure - I've only used this once, but so far, I LOVE it. My only complaint is the barrel length is a touch short for my long hair, but it will be a good thing for travel. The iron heats up in a flash and it *seems* hotter than my last iron (Hot Tools) even though they're supposed to be the same 450 degrees. This iron is easy to handle and made gorgeous bouncy curls in a flash. Read more

I’ve had two. First for 1 month and HEARING COMPONENT DIED. Used twice. Got a second one and after maybe 5 uses max, I just plugged it in and it’s COLD. No heat. DEFECTIVE. Spent all this money for garbage product. Very angry that I WASTED my MONEY TWICE. Read more
Heats up fast and makes great curls. Handle is nice. The barrel is average length, wish it were longer. However, the problem with this iron is the temperature selection dial. It does not click into place but is a free moving dial and located where your thumb/hand is opening and closing the hinge. So I am constantly and accidentally changing the temperature while styling, making the iron too hot or too cool. I spent a lot more on this product than I usually do. My wife absolutely LOVES this curling iron! I looked up 2020’s top curling irons and this one made the list! Doesn’t leave her hair with a burnt smell. Actually leaves the hair super shiny and looking healthy! Quick heat up time and temperature control makes it easy to use! Read more
