Not crazy about flavor but I sometimes will work out twice a day and try to stay very active. These seem to help with recovery. Flavor is not great but not terrible. Recovery aspect is why I buy. This is probably my 5th case. Read more

Recovery drink for the win!
One of the best post workout recovery drinks I've ever had. I'm a former professional basketball player, who played overseas, and now I am just staying in shape working out in my garage-home gym (since the whole virus debacle). I'll tell you what, after tough workout, all you need is to down one of these cans and you will feel like an ox! Taste will take a can or two to get used to, but after that you will be ordering more.
