Don't bother. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
We placed the order for the posture control brace for our 12 yr old daughter who is dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain. Physical therapy suggested a brace to improve the shoulders instead of having to tape her. I measured her as per the instructions and once we recieved the product took it out of the box and placed it on her over her clothing. The darn thing would NOT pull the shoulders back. If you tightened the strap so much to allow for a bit of shoulder lift you could not breath because it constricted your rib cage. Completely worthless product for 38.00. So... I called the company and asked to return for refund. They said if it had been removed from the box they would not allow for a return. Even if I had said we did not try it on they would have charged a 15% restocking fee. Rideculous. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Dont waste your time or money on this. It does not work.
