The phone stays put in this phone holder with a magnet attachment. This means, your phone or your case, have to have a metal ring. If yours does not.... it's no worry as one is included. Once the phone holder is installed properly, it holds good and tight. No worries on a bumpy road. It's not going anywhere! And, there is a lot of flexbility with the bendability and turnability of this device... so, you'll be able to get it into your sweet spot! However, I struggled with getting it installed. It just wouldn't stay. I finally figured out, it was because I was putting it in a place where there was slight curve to the surface. But once I put it back on the flattest part of my dashboard, it held tight and functioned as designed. However, my problem is that I really don't like to have anything on my dashboard. I was hoping I could install somewhere else below my dashboard. Unfortunately, the place I wanted to put it, didn't work because it had a slight curve to the surface. But, that's just me and my fussy quirk. If you are okay with it on your dashboard or on the window... (and probably some other places too) - this holder will do the trick for you! Just keep in mind, it needs a flat surface with no curves to it. For this fussy quirky reason, I took off one star ... and if there was a half star, I would have chosen that option! :) The other thing to note, is this is not a wireless charger. You will have to plug the charger directly into your phone. But, in my experience, that's better anyway. I've had a couple of holders that were wireless -- meaning you plug directly into the holder instead of your phone, and they didn't charge worth a darn. Way too slow. Most days I have to drive 5 to 8 hours, and even though I kept my phone on the wireless charger, my phone would die before my day was done. That was a huge problem as I needed my phone for directions! So in the end, I never used that feature even though I had it! The holder is very sturdy and durable, and the positioning is actually pretty flexible (as long as it is on a flat surface). So, I'm happy to say, I still do recommend getting this product. Read more

I’ve tried a lot of MagSafe car mounts, but this COOEXES model is easily one of the best. The magnetic hold is insanely strong—my iPhone stays locked in place even on bumpy roads or sharp turns. The 108-lb rating definitely feels legit. The vacuum suction cup surprised me too. It sticks firmly to my dashboard and hasn’t budged at all, even in hot or cold weather. The bendable memory-alloy arm is great because I can adjust it exactly how I want without it sagging over time. My complaint with this type of pphone holder is that is all it does. It holds my phone whereas I want a holder that will also charge my phone at the same time. Sure you can connect a charging lead directly to the phone and I thought that was going to be the solution, For me it was not, as it means that each time you get in the car you have to find the lead and connect it to the phone. If it is already connected to the holder, it is a much simpler procedure. Also, I never did find a convenient anchor point in my Kia Telluride 2025 model. The holder uses a strong magnet and requires a metal ring for attachment. I attached it to the dash of my car, and it has not moved since. Thankfully the surface is pretty flat, so I think I have that going for it too. The design is sleek and minimalistic, with a powerful suction cup for secure placement. I have a cheapy magnetic phone case and the hold with this case is INCREDIBLE. Like I almost have to pry the thing off sometimes. It is not going anywhere.
