The media could not be loaded. Received it today and used it together.... When I cleaned it with water on the cycle you are supposed to be clean the extract button that is the only time it smelled.... When I make my beet and kiwi blend there was no more smell.... It's not loud sounds like a regular good blender to me..... I love the glass reason number 1 I purchased.... So it was worth the money and it seems to be a great blender a great addition to my kitchen 😁 I hope it hold up for my needs.... Read more

We had an old machine we wanted to retire. We saw this one. It’s the right size and the description looked like what we needed. Reading many of the reviews, it sounded many people liked it. The item arrived everything looked fantastic. But the first challenge we had was to get the bottom part from the carafe. We followed the arrow and it didn’t budge. My husband tried it and it didn’t turn. I tried the individual serving cup. I screwed it and went in without a problem. But getting it off was a different matter.
