Good but other reviews are a bit misleading.

It's so far a good product, but two things: first, the big one, which is that the microwave, contrary to what you read in other reviews, is NOT EASY TO INSTALL. It's pretty damn heavy, and requires two people to install it. Secondly, the notes on the product never tell you where it vents, so if you don't have an outside vent, you may have a problem. Luckily, it also vents out the top of the front, which works for us. Also, a small thing: there was a dent in the back when we opened it, which we gently hammered out. And oh yeah, one more thing: it's not at all clear how to make sure the "TWO-YEAR WARRANTY" is in effect. Usually you need to register the product with the company, but there's no notes on where or how to do that, nor did we find the usual post card that you're supposed to send into the company to effect the warranty. The microwave seems to be on the lower end of quality, something I wouldnt of expected from GE. After only a few months the plastic coating over the bottons began to peel off, looks a bit unsightly. other than that it works as advertised. Read more
