Good so far, was looking for device compatible with SmartLife app to have all my things in one place. Connected it to power, opened SmartLife on the phone expecting to configure it. This is a Review of GHome Smart Outdoor Plug Wi-Fi Outlet, Dual Individual Sockets Smart Plug with IP64 Waterproof, Works with Alexa Google Assistant & SmartThings, No Hub Needed for Smart Home Control, 2.4G WiFi Only At the time of Reviewing it Price is , 18.99 with a 2$ coupon at checkout . the App it wants me to install keeps crashing on my S21 FE 5g so i was unable to remotely controll this , and samsung Smartthings from the research i was able to find needs a Hub for this device to be controllable so the No Hub part is a lie on smarthings . no matter what i tried i couldnt get this hub to show up in smarthings to control it . for use it works , pressing the button on it turns on/off the power to the two outlets but at this point its just a very expensive waterproof switch . i wanted this for my Smoker since i either my generator or my power company sent a spike thur the power and fried its controller . so i could leave the grill plugged in and just turn on the switch then the grill remotely but sadly my wish didnt come true , if someone can leave what this is under in smartthing , with no Hub i will re-review this once i can remotely controll it .
