String issues
Company had to reformulate the string to remove pfe chemical. Teflon. String is weaker and frays easily between tight teeth. I will not buy this particular brand again. Read more

What Happened?
I have been ordering this product for years, due to other brands being of poor quality. Glide floss picks were always strong, they held up, and were made very well. That's why I didn't mind paying more than I would for other brands. When using these from my last order, they were stretching and breaking after use on a couple of teeth, like the cheaper brands. Now I have to use two to floss my teeth. Most times in the past, I was tempted to use them twice since they were still good enough to use again, but of course didn't. I was really surprised and disappointed at the sudden change in quality. Is it a manufacturing change or just a bad batch. Even after using these for years, I'm kind or warry about ordering these again if this is the new Glide floss quality. Read more

I ordered 6 packs of 75 floss picks. I got 150 packages contains 3 floss picks each. While the total quantity does match, it takes fifteen minutes to open 25 packages to refill my bathroom jar with 75. (Seriously strange… but not enough to justify a return) Read more
