Handles are thin and uncomfortable

I love Global knives and have a standard set for myself. These Ukon versions are just as sharp (i.e., wicked sharp!), but the handles are not as comfortable or easy to hold and manipulate as the standard Global knives (e.g., 8" Chef's Knife, ASIN B00005OL44). I would not buy this variant of Global knives again. Read more
