Cracked the bottom edge of our plastic car (front) bumper... too small a thing for insurance, put a strip of this tape on, and it looked great for like 3 years... that says a lot... not someplace you'd expect tape to last. I use this for pretty much everything, and it works great. Holds well. Taking it off leaves a little glue, but... do you want it to stick or not.. can't have both. Oh boy we sure had a unique and wonderful project to do today and this gorilla tape tough and wide black tape really did the job tremendously well holds everything into place.. easy to use and works tremendously well maybe too well it's extremely sticky.. it sealed everything spot on and I don't think we'll ever have to fix this project that we did ever again because the tape works so well.. and I want to say when it holds metal good gracious you can't even get it off so it is a must have bye for your projects that you would like to do correctly and only one time.. I needed the toughest tape money could buy for a DIY household fix, and I was horrified at first when I saw this 3" thick tape, but it did the job. Never thought I would need it again. I WAS WRONG! The next few times I needed it, it MORE than did the job. My handyman asked where I got this 😂 (he was out of town when I first needed him, the reason I bought this tape). I'm grinning from ear to ear with this purchase; at first, I put it in the closet, but now, it takes up residence in a very visible part of my living space, and I'm NOT ASHAMED: it's quality is unsurpassed, and unlike a lot of "duct tapes", easy to cut, easy to use, because it's so thick! I'm glad I didn't "splurge" on Duck brand, but got this instead on "survival instinct".
