The spout that dispensed water over the grounds only emitted enough force to cover the grounds in the middle of the coffee filter leaving much of the grounds around the side of the filter dry resulting in very weak coffee. Adding more grounds made no difference as the water dispenser spout continued to only drip in the middle of the basket. A very disappointing product. Read more
