The media could not be loaded. Easy to use but doesn’t do a good job. I don’t know for sure but it doesn’t feel hot enough & it doesn’t get stains out. I barely used it & the 2 cups of water I put in there must have already gone but I can’t tell as there is nothing showing the water level. Excuse the white stuff on the stairs it’s a carpet cleaning powder. I did try it on another stain for almost 1 minute too & nothing. UPDATE: it wasn’t out of water it just stopped blowing steam as you see in the video with the stairs. Read more

SO I have learned a few things, this being the third handheld steamer I've gotten. The other two are square boxes with temperature settings. So lets start with the good stuff. This has a a long cord compared to the 4 footers of the other ones. So you aren't required to hunt an extension cord if you expect to get any further from the outlet than 4 feet or so. So that's nice. It also does a great job of just putting out steam and not sputtering hot water, too. It comes with some attachments and the nylon brushes are a MUCH better design/quality than those of the others but they are interchangeable. They tolerate the high temps much better though and hold up to scrubbing where the other ones would flatten quickly. Now for the not so good stuff. It will exhaust your arm to hold when on a cleaning spree because there aren't any extension hoses to do the work. IT IS the tool. Granted it's a much smaller kettle steamer than the one I had way back in the day, but that just means you are filling it often and that brings me to the next point. It takes its sweet time heating up. That's one thing the others have over this one is they heat in 10 seconds, but then they sputter scalding water until they are fully warmed up and depleted a bit of water. But this one vaporizes the water more efficiently so you get that steamy goodness and not just wet. I guess there isn't really a perfect steamer. But this one is pretty good. And there is no better way to clean than with steam. It's chemical free, and sanitizes. It cuts through stuff that would require a ton of chemical and elbow grease. Like GREASE. I did the underside of my space saver microwave that doubles as a hood vent. It's always forgotten about and I haven't seen it that clean since the microwave was installed. I even made the metal filter pads look brand new. I've never accomplished that with degreaser or other chemicals. So there ya go. You need a steamer. This is as good as any.
