You know that friend who gives brutally honest advice, but somehow you're better off afterward? That’s this massage ball. It looks like a peanut, hits like a chiropractor, and somehow finds muscles I didn’t even know were angry. I bought it for neck tension, but now it’s my go-to for back knots, shoulder stress, and that weird spot under my shoulder blade that feels like it stores all my emotional baggage. ✅ Hits deep without being dramatic ✅ Solid, compact, and surprisingly portable ✅ Great for physical therapy and post-workout recovery Now, let’s talk firmness—because this little guy is not here to coddle you. If you want gentle, go lie on a marshmallow. This is for people who say, “I want relief,” and mean it. 📌 Pro Tip: Ease into it. Your first session might feel like a tiny medieval torture device, but give it 30 seconds and a deep breath—it gets better. Whether you’re into fitness or just have questionable posture and carry all your stress in your shoulders (hi, same), this thing is small but mighty. I keep mine in my gym bag… and occasionally threaten my teenagers with it. Read more

Was dealing with neck pain at the base of my skull that was turning into the worst tension headaches and keeping me awake at night. This little item relieved the pain after a few minutes every time, and has been a very helpful thing to keep on my nightstand for when pain strikes in the middle of the night. Much better than ibuprofen! Read more

Great product. I have 2 of these now. It’s harder than most of the ones on the market which is great on your back. I can’t live without it Read more

There are other brands that give you the option of hard vs softer versions. Don't bother going with the soft. The massage tool must be firm in order to get down to the fascia. The only thing I'd choose next time, is a size that is as large as an actual lacrosse ball. This specific one is smaller and difficult to use under hamstrings. Read more

I suffer from cervical neck pain and vertigo caused by issues in my neck. My physical therapist recommended this Hard Peanut Massage Ball as part of my treatment, and it has been a game-changer. I use the ball by laying down and positioning it high on my neck (in the cervical area), then gently rolling up and down. This simple exercise has been effective in relieving my neck pain and providing noticeable relief. The ball is well-designed, durable, and works perfectly for my needs. It offers just the right amount of firmness for deep tissue massage, without being uncomfortable. Overall, this is a great value and a must-have for anyone looking for an affordable and effective tool to manage neck pain or muscle tension. Highly recommended! Read more

If you've ever been to a skilled Chinese Acupuncturist this is it. Pinpoint accuracy for the most intense but controllable Acupressure experience. The height allows you to control maximum intense pressure yet allows you to relax and still get some really good massage without straining due to over extending the curvature of the spine. Also, narrow and tall enough not to push on the center of the spine to create pain but close enough to the center to provide the most intense Acupressure of the nerves coming out of both sides. It very solid, not slippery and not hollow so will stay round and not catch and slide as you roll on your back up and down. Another excellent quality is it's not sticky so it won't catch and roll your shirt as you roll on your back. Excellent and highly recommend for those who can endure an intense Acupressure experience. Not for the lighthearted looking for some muscle relief pampering. The larger is great for muscle relief compared with the orange Acupressure ball. Read more

I bought this in the hope that it would be as good as the one I used in PT. While it's not exactly as flexible or as big as the one I used, it's still useful for the neck if used without pillows and can serve as a massager. If it were bigger and more flexible, I would give it more stars. For other parts of the body, others may find it to be useful. Read more

I came in here to update my review. I was shocked to discover I’d never left one. For many years, I had some terrible pain under a shoulder blade that nobody could figure out. Turns out, it was only the most common surgery in the country - a bad gall bladder. That got resolved, but a couple years later, the pain returned in the same spot. I was pretty sure my gall bladder hadn’t grown back, but I didn’t like it. I tried several trips to the chiropractor. They said it felt like a rib head out of place, but in three visits they could never get it back. This little piece of magic was able to do in seconds what several people with “Doctor” in their name couldn’t. Okay, fast forward a year. The pain appears again. I can’t lay on either side because it hurts too much. Eventually I fall asleep from exhaustion but can only sleep for four hours. For over a week I endure this nonsense because genius here can’t find where he put the magic ball. Finally, a daughter found it today. On my bed, I tell her to put it under my back. It was a little off so I had her move it. It felt right. I simply rolled flat on my back and literally in a single second, that rib (or whatever it is) popped right back into place. I’m pretty sure I heard angels singing. This thing is absolutely amazing. I almost can’t wait for sleep tonight! Read more
