OMG - I love these! My shoulders/neck get very tense and these balls are fantastic to massage some of those knots and tightness away. I love how firm they are so I can press down to get deeper pressure or roll them along, say, my arms for lighter pressure. I can squeeze a ball between my shoulders or upper back and the wall and get a great massage that way. I should say that I like deep-tissue massages so the firmness of these balls work well for me. (Also, fortunately, the balls I received did not have a smell to them; some other reviews had mentioned the balls they received had a smell.) Read more
