The quality of these mini cast-irons are great! They're heavy duty and the real thing! I purchased 2 sets for a total of 24. They only thing I wish is that both sets came with a bag. One of the boxes came with a great little orange canvas carrying case that fits all 12 pans, but the other box did not! I tried to see if it was something I could purchase separately because it's so handy but I can't seem to find the carrying bag on HOWAK's Amazon store. Read more

Per instructions the skillets were oiled and 'baked' for 1 hour in a 350 F oven. Left them to cool completely in the oven. When used the next day, skillets were greased before food was added to them. However after baking, the food was sticking to the skillets and it was not fun to get it out. Soaked the skillets for hours to prepare them for cleaning but it did not help much. There was a lot of scrubbing to be done to get all the baked on stuff off the skillets. The inside of the skillets is very rough and that is probably the reason why the food stuck so bad. Would not recommend. Read more
These little straight sided pans are perfect for little meat pies that can be served right in the pan. Clean up easy with hot water and a brush. As with all cast iron cookware, always remember to put a light coating of oil inside and out to prevent rust. Read more
