Very bright light. It’s perfect for when you need to see in tight spaces. It fits perfectly and stays on when working. It charges up quickly, which is better than batteries. This is the second time I have purchased these. Pros: They are great for automotive work, nice and bright, low-profile. Cons: Batteries do not last long, charging ports are crap, I had to grind off part of the case on 3 of them to allow charging cable to fit in far enough. I now have 4 so when the batteries die I can switch to a fully charged one. Read more
Its, soooooo bright! I needed a better headlamp to do some work in my attic and picked this up. It works great. Don't look at people with you, you'll blind them. It does have brightness settings and a traditional light if you don't need all those lumens. Read more
Bought these as stocking stuffers for Son In Laws. Need to buy some for myself. The directions are not made for aging eyes but are adequate with a magnifying glass. The lights themselves are very bright and have multiple settings and a strobe light feature for the spot light. There are no instructions for the clips but I was able to find their purpose online and attached it to this review. The price is right and the quality is good. Would recommend. The clips included with a BOAT induction headlamp are used to securely attach the headlamp's strap to the rim of a hard hat or safety helmet. This is a common accessory for headlamps designed for professional or outdoor use, allowing the user to: Prevent slipping: The clips stop the elastic headband from sliding up or off the smooth, often curved, edge of a hard hat. Maintain position: They ensure the light source remains firmly in place and pointed in the desired direction, even during strenuous activity or if the hat is moved suddenly. Enhance compatibility: The clips make a standard headlamp compatible with a hard hat that might not have integrated mounting points. I bought this for my husband. He had a heavy, bulky single light with three elastic straps. The straps stretched out quickly and they were not doing a good job to hold the light in place. This new light has one strap and can be adjusted for a good fit. This light is not heavy or bulky at all. It is has a led stripe that is so bright and can be changed to s single spot light. There is a setting so that he can swipe his hand across the band to turn the light on and off. He loves this feature. Read more
Excellent headlamp, love the motion sensor feature, it’s helpful when your hands are full. But sometimes it does false activate with objects. The brightness is perfect and the different modes are good as well. The strap is adjustable but the downside is that it moves too much and doesn’t lock down to well. Also the rubber housing of the controls came loose out of the box. Battery life is really good but haven’t tried in wet conditions. Read more
