I especially like the feature of removable handles and stackability which allows for a space when storing. I like how you can use the pots and pans for cooking, but also use it afterwards as storage. This saves with cleaning and washing more dishes. They cook well and evenly. The handle is soft and smooth and the mechanism of opening and closing works well. It comes with two lids and also a cover for storage which appeared durable. Safety is not a concern, as long as you place the handle prior to heating up the pan/pot. The media could not be loaded. This is a very interesting cookware set. I love the idea of lids for the fridge so you can take the handle off and just store the food. This whole set is lightweight and easy to store. I haven't noticed any obvious heat distribution issues, so I would assume it is heating evenly when I cook. I'm not completely getting rid of my other pans or anything, but so far I am very impressed with this and how well it works. The big frying pan not having a glass lid is a major drawback for me.
