I'm really happy with it. I've only used it once thus far, but it worked exactly as advertised. It didn't smoke, smell like it was burning, or anything like that. It also comes with several attachments to help direct the heat, which were very helpful for my particular project. I removed maybe 20 plastic child safety locks from wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and a couple product stickers from a stainless steel refrigerator. Does well for the price could be a little hotter, but works just as well as some of the discount brands you would get the more expensive ones to get hotter though. This gun would do well for arts and crafts not so much for heavy duty applications. Read more
