I have been using this heat gun mostly to remove shipping labels for the past several weeks. So far, it has been just great! I like that it has two speeds and it heats up instantly. I did a little research and I believe this to be the best heat gun at this price point. Also, I think it is the appropriate size and weight (medium and light if you will) for those who may use it several times a week. It still easily fits in a desk drawer or small space. It is made mostly of plastic, but that's expected at this price. It seems well built and put together. I had a question for customer service and emailed them... and they responded a short time later. They even sent a follow-up e-mail! That alone makes me want to purchase more items from them. I would definitely recommend! Read more
