The media could not be loaded. It has two speeds, the lower speed is best for the shrink bags thats used to wrap gifts. Sadly , it tripped soon after getting it so I've had to be using the higher speed which does the job but at a higher risk of making holes in the bags. It is very user friendly. Heats up quickly, easy to use and being able to set it down on the butt end of the barrel is handy for projects requiring two hands or a quick way to hold it safely as you grab more pieces to work on. Even used it to reheat some hot glue on a cardboard box that had come loose and it worked great. If you are regluing I do recommend you have heat resistant clamps ready to help hold the peices in place incase it's too hot to hold or if you're lIke me and would rather have your hands free to move on to your next task.
