I recently purchased the TOPOINT Heated Eye Mask 2-Pack, and overall, I am very satisfied with this product. These eye masks have been a great help in relieving my eye fatigue and treating dry eyes. The masks are very easy to use, but I was disappointed that they came with no directions in the pack. After some trial and error, I found a method that works well for me: I take the seed sack out of the cover, wet it, and then place it in the microwave for about a minute, and then put it back in the cover before using it. This process is simple enough, but having instructions included would have been helpful. Once heated, the masks stay warm for several minutes, providing consistent and soothing moist heat to my eyes. The warmth is very comforting and helps alleviate any discomfort I have been experiencing. The masks themselves are comfortable to wear and the weighted design ensures they stay in place during use. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the masks feel durable. I appreciate that they come in a pack of two, allowing me to alternate between them if needed. I didn’t like the weight of the mask on my eyeballs at first. However, I have now figured out that I can move the contents around with my fingers to create a small comfortable pocket to fit around eyeballs, so I have become a big fan of these masks! The heat is moist and lasts longer than other masks. I’m careful to warm it in microwave for only about 15 or 16 seconds, then wear it to bed. Relaxing & recommended. Read more

Disclaimer: I'm not a fan of eye masks but I have "dry eyes" and my MD told me to use one. This is nice...it comes with two..one for relaxation as well as dry eye. Very well made and the cover is soft and velvety. The heat lasts! But...the grain has kind of a stink...like stale rice. Maybe it's me?? It works well tho. Read more

I moved to the desert and have been really struggling with dry eye and MGD. My ophthalmologist recommended warm compresses but it was hard for me to keep up with it because it was inconvenient holding wet towels, rice bags, etc up to my eyes. So I searched for a product specifically meant for eyes, and found this! It’s super convenient and something I actually look forward to using. Pros: -Alleviates dry eye/MGD symptoms -Relaxing -Great price for the product you’re receiving -Comes with 2 masks!! (I take one to work and use one at home) -Super soft fabric that labels which seed is in each mask -There’s a slit in the fabric so you can remove the seed pouch to microwave without the cover (I was worried about the fabric burning or worried about it smelling/getting dirty) and you can easily wash the mask without ruining the contents inside -head strap is adjustable -fabric is thick enough so that if you’re wearing for relaxation, light doesn’t seep through -design doesn’t have the seeds directly over your eyes so there’s no pressure covering your eyeballs -cover does not melt/burn in microwave, unlike other products I saw Cons: -one of my masks was sewn awkwardly so the eye holes are uneven -the cassia seeds are smaller than the flax seeds. They should have added more cassia seeds because I feel like they don’t stay in place on the mask. -although the elastic head strap is adjustable, sometimes it can feel uncomfortable by the ears. -the eye holes are quite large so most of the mask is on your brow and cheekbones and not even on the eyelid. I have dry eyes and need to use a heated mask. I bought this mask along with a rechargeable one and a plug in one. This mask heats up in the microwave for 60 seconds and then you have to shove it into the outer mask part. The temperature immediately begins to fall and the heat only lasts about 15 minutes which I guess is average but I wanted something that lasted longer. I want to use it throughout the night if needed and I definitely do not want to get up in the middle of the night to warm it in the microwave. The outer mask is soft and the mask fits well. I needed something to help out with my dry eyes. They have become dryer as I've gotten older and it doesn't help that I live in a very dry and arid climate. I wake up in the middle of the night and blindly reach for my eye drops because my eyelids sometimes are stuck to my eyeballs! I was looking around the web for "other" options and came across people who were using these eyemasks. After reading the reviews which seemed pretty good, I decided to buy them and give them a try. I mainly use the flaxseed mask right now because that is supposed to help with dry eyes. I pop it in the microwave for 45-55 seconds and let the mask sit on my eyes for at least 10 minutes. So far they seem to help, it's not a cure all but when I use the mask at least once a day I am not waking up in the middle of the night with my eyes AS DRY as they have been.
