Life saver when sharing a cabin on a recent cruise. Blocked out light and sound. The Bluetooth aspect worked well throughout the night. I didn’t hear the helicopter that landed a couple floors above our cabin even though I knew it was coming to do a medical rescue. The speakers needed to be eased forward in the fabric channel because my head is small. I like the cooling gel that rests against my face because it’s not hot and it blocks the light far better than my previous mask that didn’t have it. These are perfect for the sleep meditation audio I listen to nightly. These are very comfortable and easy to clean. The sound is clear. The battery lasts almost all day. I've only warmed the gel compress, and it's relaxing and holds heat well. The velcro strap adjusts well so you can adjust the fit, so it's not too tight. I highly recommend these!! Read more

This is the third Bluetooth sleep mask I’ve purchased from Amazon, and it is by far my favorite. I haven’t heated the gel part yet, nor have I put it in the fridge to cool it. My room is pretty cool in the winter, so it is already cool when I put it on. It blocks the sun in the morning and the sound quality is perfect for what it’s meant to do.
