This really heats up! Three warmth settings, press once for hot, twice for not as hot and thrice for less hot. I got it to alleviate some dry eye symptoms. I think it has helped, but honestly I just find it soothing and relaxing. The mask material is quite soft, the strap is easily adjusted. It has a set timer, so you won’t forget to turn it off. My only complaint… not really a complaint, more of a regret, that I didn’t look for a mask with a longer charge life. Every 3 days I have to charge it. Easily done, pretty standard charge cable coms with it, same size as my tablet, so it’s not some odd charger style. I kept the little box, in case I want take it when I travel. So far this is great! It isn’t too hot. It charges fine. I got sick of doing the microwave bean eye mask. It’s too hot at first plus it smells after several uses. I love that the cover of this can be washed. I would recommend it to anyone who wants rechargeable, cordless freedom. It doesn't cover a very large area and isn't very well sealed around the eye. Also, it seems to have heating only across the eyebrow area and rely on having it spread to the rest of the mask. For me, this resulted in hot eyebrows and cool eyes, which was not what I was going for. I also find it inexplicable that the soft fuzzy area is on the outside and the smooth not that comfortable area is on the inside. I wouldn't exactly call it defective, but it wasn't what I was hoping for, so I returned it and am looking for something that covers a larger area, seals better, and heats more evenly. Read more

I contacted TelePepe customer service and received a quick and efficient response from Ada. This is a great product for heat compass of eyes. It has 3 different temperature settings. It is cordless and well made. I recently was examed by doctor for dry eyes.
