Good knee wraps. Pros: great heat and have different settings. Con: Long time to charge. 30-45mins of heat max. I used hand warmers under my wraps for continuous heat when the heat stopped. Value for the money? Fair but you could get the same results with an Ace bandage and hand warmers. Read more
Recently I've been dealing with knee issues of pain and swelling. Although Icing is more effective for the swelling, heating feels really good for the pain part. I ordered this heated knee brace to be able to provide both kinds of soothing / promote healing in the knee. I didn't injure it, so there's nothing acute to worry about. I did see an orthopedic specialist who said that using the heating sleeve in the morning to loosen up the joint would be a good way to go, and then ice later in the day. This knee brace was easy to power with a USB charger, and the adjustable heating levels are nice to have as an option. I have used the medium setting for a few minutes, then backed down to the lowest level. That's worked great for me. Measuring my knee as recommended by the manufacturer resulted in being able to order the correct size. This has been a very helpful and comforting knee brace to have in the home health arsenal.
