I’ve tried more “orthopedic” pillows than I can count, and most of them end up in the closet. This one from Hexus is the first that actually gives me real neck support without feeling awkward or stiff. The contour design keeps my head and neck aligned whether I’m on my side or back, and I’ve noticed less stiffness in the mornings. The memory foam has the right balance—supportive but still soft enough to sink in comfortably. The cooling pillowcase is a nice bonus too; it keeps the pillow from trapping heat, which is something I usually hate about memory foam. This pillow is amazing. I bought it for my husband. It looks weird, so I was skeptical, but once I tried it, I kept it for myself. Very comfortable and I sleep really well now. Height is just right, it’s firm but very comfortably, relieved my neck pain. Definitely recommend this one. Read more
One of the worst cervical pillows I've tried. The design means if you sleep on your side, the back of your head will not be supported. The designated area for side sleeping is too small and your head will always slide into the center divot, which is back supportive, but entirely the wrong shape for side sleeping. After all the great reviews I couldn't wait to get my pillow. I really wanted to love this. The first two nights I slept with it I fell asleep quickly but 3-4 hours later my aching shoulders woke me up and I don't have shoulder problems. the third night I went back to my 12 year old polyfill pillow with a depressed center and I slept straight through until dawn like normal and my shoulders were fine. Apparently this works great with a normal mattress but my beloved waterbed didn't get along with it. BUMMER! I do need to say that it is top quality and should last a long time if you like it. I was sleeping on two or three pillows in order to be upright. Both my arms had pins and needles, and I often woke with arms and hands tingling with poor circulation. My doctor suggested I switch to a single pillow. This pillow has worked magic. I no longer suffer the circulation problem and sleep through the night.
