I like the concave hole where my head rest allowing for good airflow. The pillow is designed with arm rest, offering me a secure feeling when I sleep. This pillow came with such high reviews that I was very hopeful. For back sleepers it may be good but pillows are such an individual choice and typically people never sleep without moving. I start on my back but move to side during the night. This pillow didn’t work well for side sleeping for me and I got those wicked ear pain when laying on my side and on my ear. You know the kind, but it goes away after relieving the pressure placed on the ear. I was hopeful but this pillow wasn’t for me. Read more

I like this pillow. It talked a little getting used to but helped my neck. It stays cool and keeps its shape. Excellent The only negative is i would prefer a little softer pillow and one that still smells bad after two weeks of use. I feel like I’m laying on a cushion of chemicals. Read more
The Ideal of this pillow is great. The pillow is too flat, it does not put your head in the correct position with your body. If this was thicker I believe this would be the perfect pillow. Read more

This pillow is not for me. I've been on the hunt for a good pillow forever! I saw all the good reviews and wanted to try it out, I've never used a pillow like this. I'm a side sleeper but sometimes lay on my back. I have always perfered to angle my pillow so that is aligns down my back slightly as I'm the most comfortable that way. You can't do that with this pillow I hate that you can only lay your neck & head in one spot & that spot isn't even comfortable the sides that come up higher where your neck lays were literally right in my face causing my face to constantly touch them The flap that protruded out from the neck part was extremely annoying it would go under my shoulder & was very uncomfortable I kept tucking it under the pillow. The winged part cut out made no sense to me bc i dont sleep with my arms bent back like that. I like laying my arm out straight & propped up on a small pillow better circulation that way. It was soft when I pressed my hand on it but hard as heck when I layed on it so very firm. The other side was extremely way to low so absolutely not for a side sleeper. It ultimately hurt my neck it seemed to hurt at the base of my head like where my spine & skull meets. I ended up returning it.. oh & to make matters worse I sleep with a silk pillow case. Bc the weird shape of the pillow the case would slide around making the pillow move and me readjusting constantly and Id get frustrated.. I'm tired I just Want to be comfortable & have a good night sleep ya know. I'll continue to look for a great pillow bc it's not this one. Read more
